About the Chef
Chef Gallanter’s career spans some of the most esteemed kitchens in the world. An honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and a protégé of Master Chef Alfred Mayer, he has helmed renowned fine dining establishments, served as executive chef and culinary director of the Relaix-Château Meadowood resort in Napa Valley, and shaped the future of cuisine as a senior instructor at the California Culinary Academy.
